For nonprofit teams

Agents for Nonprofits

Threshold helps nonprofit teams turn manual fundraising, follow-up, coordination, and donor bottlenecks into practical agentic workflows with human review built in.

01 · The problem

Your team is doing too much manually.

Nonprofit revenue and operations work often gets stuck in the same places:

Donor follow-up that depends on staff remembering manual step
Campaign tasks scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and CRMs
Event, sponsor, and volunteer workflows that require constant coordination
Staff stretched across fundraising, programs, admin, and reporting
Important work delayed because the process still depends on time consuming handoffs

Nonprofit agents are especially great at removing these bottlenecks.

02 · What Threshold builds

We build agentic loops.

An agentic loop is a practical workflow where an agent helps gather, draft, organize, route, or prepare work. A human reviews before anything important happens.

Give your team a powerup.

03 · Core

Every loop makes your core stronger.

Threshold doesn’t treat agents as one-off tools.

Each loop adds to your organization’s Agentic Core: the growing system of workflows, context, and operating knowledge that lets your team use agents more effectively over time.

As your core gets stronger, your team gets better at:

Spotting where an agent can help next
Turning manual workflows into repeatable loops
Keeping a human in review where judgment matters
Expanding agent use without creating chaos
Reusing what worked on one workflow for the next
Protecting donor trust as you connect more systems

04 · Example loops

What your first agent could help with

Your first agentic loop might help with:

Donor engagement
Campaign coordination
Sponsor follow-up
Board packet prep
Database cleanup
Donor segmentation
Volunteer task routing
Reporting preparation
Admin workflows

Your first loop should be the workflow where your team will feel the most immediate value.

05 · How it works

Start with one bottleneck.

01
Map the workflow
We identify one painful workflow where manual coordination, follow-up, or preparation is slowing your team down.
02
Build the first agentic loop
Threshold builds a practical loop around that workflow, with human review built in.
03
Handoff and stabilize
We hand over the loop and include a 14-day stabilization window.
04
Expand if useful
If the first loop helps, additional loops are scoped and priced separately.

06 · First loop

Your first agentic loop is free.

We start with one real workflow and build the first useful loop around it.

If it helps, additional loops start at $1,000 and are priced after scope.

Paid loops are billed 50% upfront and 50% after successful delivery and the 14-day stabilization window.

07 · Data & donor trust

Built around donor trust.

Threshold uses the minimum access necessary to build the agreed loop.

Client data stays client-owned. Donor data is not used to train public models. Agentic loops are designed with human review before donor-facing action, and access expectations are clarified before implementation.

We design loops to support your team’s judgment, not bypass it.

08 · Why Threshold

Practical agents. Real workflows. Human review.

Threshold is built for teams that want useful agentic workflows, not abstract AI strategy.

We focus on one loop at a time, prove value through implementation, and expand only when the next workflow is worth building.

09 · Who you’ll work with

Real people, building real loops.

When Jackie reaches out, it’s really Jackie. You work directly with the people who scope, build, and stabilize your loop.

The same people, start to finish, with human review at every important step.
